We are seeking a highly motivated person for this challenging role who is proactive, innovative and totally guest focussed. Reporting to the Manager, this position is very hands on and is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Country House.
The ideal applicant will have a strong background in Food & Beverage, possess strong organisational and leadership skills, be a great communicator, have a high level of computer literacy and an eye for detail. In addition you will be a team player who understands the components of managing a property to set KPI’s whilst building and maintaining excellent relationships with guests and staff.
